Prof. Xunwei Zhou
Beijing Key Laboratory of Information Service Engineering, Beijing Union University, China

Biography: Professor Zhou received B.E. from Department of Automation, Beijing University of Technology in Jan.1982. He received postgraduate diploma but not degree from Department of Computer Science, Beijing University of Technology in 1987. He was lecturer in Department of Computer Science, Beijing University of Technology from 1987 to 1992, associate professor in College of Information, Beijing Union University from 1992 to 2005, professor in Institute of Information Technology, College of Information, Beijing Union University from 2005 to 2012, professor emeritus in Beijing key laboratory of information service engineering, Beijing Union University since 2012. He constructs mutually-inversistic logic and applies it to the fields of computer science and artificial intelligence, such as automatic theorem proving, logic programming, planning and scheduling, expert systems, semantic network, program verification, natural language understanding, hardware verification, machine learning, data mining, uncertainty reasoning, program refinement, many-valued computer, etc. He published about 80 refereed papers, authored 4 monographs on them. He is a senior member of China Computer Federation, a member of Technical Committee of Artificial Intelligence Theory of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, a supervisor of Beijing Logical Association.


Dr. Sumit Kushwaha
Department of Electronics Engineering, Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, India

Biography: Dr. Sumit Kushwaha is working as Assistant Professor in Electronics Engineering Department, Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has received his B.Tech. (Electronics and Communication Engineering) in 2009 from Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow with 1st division. Then, he has joined Azad Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow as Lecturer. Thereafter, he has taken study leave and gone for regular M.Tech. (Electronics and Communication Engineering) in 2010 and passed it in 2012 from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology, & Sciences, Prayagraj with Honours. After completing his M.Tech., he has joined Azad Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow as Assistant Professor. In 2013, he has joined Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur as Guest Lecturer. Since 2014 to 2020, he has worked as Research-cum-Teaching Fellow in Electronics Engineering Department, Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur. He has completed his Full-Time Ph.D. from Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. He has received Best Young Researcher Award 2018 and Best Young Scientist Award 2019 in Science and Technology. Also, he was nominated for Eminent Engineer’s Award 2019. He has published several research paper in various national and international conferences and journals. His research interest is Mathematical and Signal Processing methods applied to Medical Image Problems, Artificial Intelligence, Next Generation Wireless Communication Systems, etc. He has associated with various national and international societies, journals, and others. He is also Editorial Board Team Member and Reviewer of various SCI, SCOPUS, Thomson Reuters Indexed journals and Conferences.
Speech Title: Robust denoising technique for ultrasound images by splicing of low rankfilter and principal component analysis
Speech Abstract: Robust image denoising techniques are still a significant challenge for medical ultrasound images. Though the difficulty of the recently proposed strategies, most techniques have not yet achieved desired level of applicability. The principle focus of this paper is a thresholding strategy together with a splicing of Low Rank Filtering (LRF) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) techniques. By means of the proposed robust denoising technique, the denoised medical ultrasound image is assessed until the point that it reaches desired level. The input noisy medical ultrasound image is given to the hybridization technique of LRF mechanism and PCA transformation which is used for removing the noise in medical ultrasound image. For effective image denoising, the segmentation process is done with the guide of sparse decomposition framework. Consequently, denoised image threshold is compared with the threshold value of training images in the database and this is repeated until we get a better denoised image. For analysis purpose, the set of five medical ultrasound images of artery have been considered. These medical ultrasound images are used for quantitative analysis. Performance of these recent filters as two phase matrix decomposition denoised filter, new adaptive denoised filter, and fast fourier Bessel steerable PCA (FFBsPCA) denoised filter have been compared with our proposed splicing denoised method in terms of peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) value and mean square error (MSE) value performance index under various noise density selection. Analytical results for set of five medical ultrasound images have shown that this proposed splice filtering method is more robust for noise reduction. So, it has shown that proposed splice filtering method is robust for medical ultrasound image denoising which preserves the clinical details and minimizing the noise level in medical ultrasound images.

Biography: Hamed Taherdoost is an award-winning leader and R&D professional. He is the founder of Hamta Group and R&D Consultant of OBS Tech Limited, B.C, Canada. He holds PhD of Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
With over 20 years of experience in both industry and academic sectors, he has established himself as an industry leader in the field of Management of Technology and Information System.Throughout his career, he has been highly involved in development of several important projects in different industries in international companies from Malaysia, Cyprus, the UK, Malta, and Canada. He has spent the last 8 years helping startups to grow by implementing new projects. He has received many prestigious international awards for Business Leadership, Management Systems, Innovation and Creativity.
Apart from his experience in industry, Hamed has been an active multidisciplinary researcher and R&D specialist involved in several academic and industrial research projects. His views on science and technology has been published in top-ranked scientific publishers such as Elsevier, Springer, Emerald, IEEE, IGI Global, Inderscience, Taylor and Francis and he has published over 120 scientific articles in authentic peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings, seven book chapters as well as six books in the field of technology and research methodology. His research achievements also include winning several best paper awards and outstanding reviewer awards.
He was a lecturer in PNU and IAU Universities. Beside on lectureship positions, he was researcher at IAU for over 8 years, R&D Manager and Academic Program Manager of Research Club, MDTH and Hamta Academy, Malaysia, and is Advisory Board of Cambridge Scholars Publishing, UK, Advisor of Scientific and Technical Research Association, Scientific Board of Nan Yang Academy of Sciences (NASS), Singapore, Mentor at Publons Academy and Futurpreneur Canada.
Moreover, he is the editorial, reviewer & advisory board member of many scientific peer-reviewed journals, and has served as editor of book & proceedings for prestigious publishers. Speech Title: The role of information security awareness in online shopping trends
Speech Abstract: Information security is recognized as critically important to ensure prevention of unauthorized access to sensitive information in various systems. As dependency on online platforms increases, the crucial role of information security promotes indeed.
Contemporary to stay-at-home orders and lock-down regulations, hundreds of thousands of individuals have switched to online platforms for every item that they were previously accustomed to handle by physical presence. Dramatic shift in users' behavior has increased the likelihood of being exposed to cyber security issues and targeted by cyber-criminals. The tremendous transition in uders' behavior raises information security concerns as well.
The attention of business owners is attracted to information security principles to mitigate potential risks of online shopping aiming to create a smooth shopping journey for their customers more than before. On the other hand, users that register their basic personal and financial information in acquisition forms are faced with several security concerns that should be addressed too.
The role of information security is indispensable in determining the preference of users of different online applications.
Unauthorized access to personal information by hackers and cyber-criminals subsequently leading to fraud and stealing formulates the users’ perception toward online platforms negatively resulting in massive financial and credibility losses.
Empowering individuals and raising consciousness revolving potential risks and issues as well as raising awareness regarding security and privacy problems associated with online platforms could give confidence to the customer. Meeting safe online platforms objectives could be achieved through Information Security Awareness programs.


Dr. Gaurang S. Patkar
Department of Computer Engineering, Don Bosco College of Engineering, India

Biography: Dr. Gaurang S Patkar has pursued his B.E. in Computer Engineering from Shree Rayeshwar Institute of Engineering & Information Technology, Shiroda, Goa- India in the year 2005, M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum- India in the year 2010 and Ph.D. from Vellore Institute of Technology, Tamil Nadu- India. He is Post Doc in Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Currently he is Associate Professor and working as Head of Computer Engineering Department in Don Bosco College of Engineering, Goa- India from 2012. He has also worked as Assistant Professor in Computer Engineering Department of Shree Rayeshwar Institute of Engineering & Information Technology, Shiroda, Goa- India for 4 years and after that Associate Professor for 2 years. He is a Lifetime Member of Indian Society for Technical Education. He has one patent in his credit. He has published more than 20 research papers. His research area includes Image Processing, Fuzzy Logic and Rough Set Theory. He received two “Best Paper Awards”, one at 2015 IEEE International Conference on Computational Intelligence held in Madurai, Tamil Nadu-India and second at National Conference on Emerging Trends in Computer & Electronics Engineering (NCETCE) on the 8th and 9th of November 2018. He was conferred with many awards, some of them are “Best Professor in Computer Engineering” by Dewang Mehta(Regional) & 25th Business School Affaire held in Goa-India; “Bharat Vikas Award” by Institute of Self Reliance, Bhubaneshwar, Orissa- India; “Young Leader in Engineering” by Venus International Foundation, Chennai, Tamil Nadu- India in 2017. He was awarded Gold medal in World Invention and Innovation Contest at Seoul, South Korea. He also won “Asia Invention Creativity Award” in World Invention and Innovation Contest at Seoul, South Korea in 2018. Computer Society of India-Mumbai Chapter awarded him with “Best faculty in funded research” award in 2019, Sri. Aurobindo Society, Chhattisgarh- India awarded him with “Auropath Global Award 2019” for Excellence in Research. He received 20000 MYR from Malaysian Palm Oil Board, Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities, Malaysia for carrying our research on automated grading of Oil Palm Fruits. Currently he is working on Defence Research and Development Organization, Ministry of Defence of the Government of India Project. He received 13, 70000 INR for the same. He organized two International Conferences and many workshops, seminars. Recently he completed CMI level 5 certification on Leadership and management from Dudley College, London.
